Pisang Goreng. Pisang goreng (fried banana in Indonesian/Malay) is a snack made of banana or plantain, covered in batter or not, being deep fried in hot cooking oil, and is popular in Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei. Pisang goreng is most often associated with Indonesia, and indeed the country has the largest variety of pisang goreng recipes. However, this fried banana snack is also considered.
Typically sold by street vendors, they are made with bananas that have been coated in batter and deep-fried until crispy and golden. This snack is popular not only in Malaysia but in many other Southeast Asian countries, as well. Notes: If you happen to have lots of time, you can even chill the batter in the fridge.

- Siapkan 100 gr tepung terigu.
- Ambil 50 gr tepung beras.
- Diperlukan 20 gr tepung bumbu putri.
- Siapkan 1/2 sdt garam.
- Siapkan 1 sdm gula pasir.
- Ambil /+150ml air (kira2 aja sampai adonan tidak terlalu cair dan tidak terlalu kental).
Add all ingredients for batter except the slaked lime and baking powder. Mix in the powdered lime and the ice cold water into the batter immediately prior to frying. Get the oil hot before you mix the batter. Langkah-langkah menyiapkan Pisang Goreng
- Kupas dan potong2 pisang raja berbentuk Irisan yg di inginkan atau sesuai selera.
- Campurkan bahan tepung beras, terigu dan putri, garam dan gula.
- Masukkan air dan aduk sampai adonan licin.
- Panaskan minyak goreng, lalu celupkan pisang ke dalam adonan.
- Goreng sampai warna nya kecoklatan lalu kemudian di angkat.
- Sajikan dengan toppingan sesuai selera dan keinginan.
