- Campur gula pasir dengan air lalu masak hingga larut, di tempat lain campur santan dengan tepung beras aduk sampai larut,selanjutnya tuang larutan santan ke dlm larutan gula dan masak dengan api kecil hingga menyatu kental atau kalis.
- Setalah di rasa kental lalu matikan api kompor dan dalam keadaan panas masukan tepung tapioka atau sagu taninya sesuai kekenyalan yg di inginkan (sagu tani menurut saya lbih enak di banding tapioka) aduk hingga tidak nampak putih tepung tapiokanya.
- Setelah itu ambil daun dan bungkus sampai habis.
- Lalu kukus 10-20 (me 10 -15 menit) jd daunnya mash ga terlalu kisut2 jd mash cantik tp ttp mateng cz prosesnya juga sdah matang, untuk pengukusan 20 menit jd warna daunnya sdah mulai berubah n lebih kisut2 bntuk daunnya (sesuai selera).
