Langkah-langkah menyiapkan Thumbprint Cookies
- Campurkan Bahan A, ayak lalu sisihkan.
- Mixer Bahan (B) dengan kecepatan sedang 1 menit saja, lalu matika mixer.
- Lalu masukan Bahan (A) aduk rata sampai khalis, tidak menempel ditangan, lalu timbang adonan sesuai selera saya per 6gram.
- Bulatkan adonan, lalu celupkan ke putih telur, lalu balut ke keju parut, tekan tengahya menggunakan jari telunjuk isi selai,lakukan sampai adonan habis.
- Letakan adonan cookies ke loyang yang sudah di olesi margarin dan sedikit tepung agar tidak lengket.
- Oven cookies dengan suhu 50 derajat 10 menit pertama (api keci)lalu 110derajat sampai coklat keemasan -+15 menit.
- Setelah itu keluarkan dari oven tunggu sampai benar benar dingin lalu masukan dalam toples.
