- Campur tepung terigu, susu bubuk, maizena dan baking powder aduk rata..
- Mixer butter,margarin dan gula halus sampai pucat kemudian masukan kuning telur.
- Biarkan sampai suhu ruang masukan dlm toples kedap udara, spy awet renyahmya, siap dinikmati, selamat mencoba 😍.
- Mixer sampai rata masukan campuran terigu sedikit demi sedikit aduk menggunakan spatula (kalau dirasa lembek bisa masukan kulkas dahulu ± 20 menit).
- Tekan tengahnya menggunakan jari kemudian Isi dgn filling strawberry atau coklat, lakukan sampai selesai. Lalu oven dgn suhu 160⁰C selama 40 menit disesuaikan dgn oven masing2, kemudian dinginkan di colling rack.
- Ambil secukupnya adonan bulatkan, celupkan ke putih telur dan gulingkan ke kacang sangrai.

- Tekan tengahnya menggunakan jari kemudian Isi dgn filling strawberry / coklat sesuai selera, lakukan sampai selesai. Lalu oven dg suhu 160° selama ±40 menit, sesuaikan dg oven masing2. Kemudian dinginkan di colling rack. (Maaf ngga kefoto saat meng-oven).
