- Siapkan panci untuk merebus klepon, didihkan air.
- Pulung adonan, isi dengan gulang merah, bulatkan. Ukuran sesuai selera. (Me ukuran gede).
- Masukkan ke panci, rebus sampai mengambang tandanya klepon sudah matang.
- Akat,tiriskan.
- Campur kelapa parut dengan garam, kukus sebentar supaya awet.
- Gulingkan klepon ke kelapa parut.
- Klepon siap disantap.
