Klepon. Klepon (pronounced Klē-pon), or kelepon, is a traditional Southeast Asian green-coloured balls of rice cake filled with liquid palm sugar and coated in grated coconut, originating from Indonesia. The sweet glutinous rice balls is one of popular Indonesian kue, and it is commonly found in Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei and Singapore. The klepon is done, when they float to the surface.
I have some leftover roasted shredded coconut so I mix that through the white coconut flakes too. - Ambil 250 gram tepung ketan.
- Diperlukan 50 gram Tepung beras.
- Diperlukan 5 lembar daun pandan.
- Ambil Secukupnya gula merah (sisir).
- Ambil Secukupnya kelapa parut (kukus dulu sekitar 15-20 menit).

- 5 lembar daun pandan blender dengan 250 ml air lalu saring.
- Campur tempung ketan & tepung beras menjadi 1,tambahkan air daun pandan,uleni sampai bisa dipulung..
- Isi adonan dengan gula merah yg sudah disisir,lalu bulat2kan...
- Rebus air sampai mendidih,masukan bulatan tadi lalu rebus mateng (mengambang).
- Gulingkan adoanan klepon yg sudah matang pada kelapa parut..
