We sort of mixed the art noveau style with traditional arts from Indonesia.

Bahan-bahan yang diperlukan untuk membuat THe iwel iwel
- Ambil 1 kg tepung ketan.
- Siapkan 2 butir kelapa ukuran sedang(diparut).
- Diperlukan Gula merah disisir (untuk isi) + dicampur sedikit gula pasir.
- Siapkan secukupnya Garam.
- Siapkan 2 bks vanili bubuk.
- Siapkan Daun pisang untuk membungkus.

Berikut cara memasak: THe iwel iwel
- Siapkan kelapa parut diwadah, lalu beri garam halus (secukupnya),koreksi rasa....
- Campur adonan kelapa tadi dengan tepung ketan. Aduk hingga rata. Sampai tidak ada adonan yg menggumpal..
- Setelah semua tercampur, siapkan daun pisang. ambil sedikit adonan diatas daun pisang, lalu isi dengan gula merah+ gula pasir. tutup lagi dengan adonan tepung td.
- Bentuk menyerupai segitiga. Ulangi hingga adonan habis.
- Kukus kue selama kurang lebih satu jam dengan api sedang hingga kue matang sempurna..
- Setelah matang, kue siap disajikan....
